Im not sure whats with all the negative comments cause this game is great! I didnt spend a single dollar and I beat the game.

I hate that you have to pay for stuff that aint cheap.

I like the idea of the game (ignore the low rated reviews). You dont really have to pay anything to advance further. What you should add is some sort of feature you can use with the Gil you earn from Battles

The game is fun but everything takes real $. Whats the point with all the gill you get!

What is this

Its really more of a FF retrospective (with a mini game attached) than a true FF game...but its good! Short, cute and a bit comical. Totally fun. Dont know why people gripe about the cost, I completed it without spending a cent. True, theres little depth and theres nearly no strategy involved, but it is a fun way to check out a ton of former classic FF characters, weapons, boss and regular monsters. Makes me want to play FF 1-6 over again.

The gameplay is lame as hell, and the game crashed my iPhone 4S completely. Even the power button didnt work. It took about 4 minutes until it closed on its own... And the gameplay is lame, you just move your finger on the screen and you killed any boss... Frankly?

To those of us who are true Final Fantasy fans

This is the first ever game I had mixed opinions about... The game is pretty fun and addictive, but if all your team gets wiped out, you have to wait 3 real world minutes for 1 member to be revived...that and you need to pay for extras like cloud strife..............real money. I honestly think that the only things wrong are the 50% game dlc, the controls (which you just touch stuff btw) and the 3 minute waiting...START YOUR LEVEL GRINDERS UP!!!! I hope you find this review helpful! :)

I had forgotten about this app until game sites I follow started doing their "Worst of 2013" lists, and gladly so. There is no gameplay whatsoever, you dont even need to tap on your party members to make them attack, you just have to swipe the screen. Plus, the game is nothing but a blatant money sink. You cant pick the characters you want, and the recharge times are atrocious. I bought this app when it was released, and the nostalgia I have for the Final Fantasy games suckered me in. Shame on you, Square-Enix, shame on you. If the App Store would let you give zero stars, I would.

Absolutely mindless

This game has the appeal of a rotting corpse. What a joke. There is no game here, just swiping the screen. Doesnt matter where or what direction.

Maby you should make having gil useful like making the tikis like 20000 gil etch and the keep 0.99$ for the caericter because the tikis cost 3.99$ with real money etch. or etch primium caericter maby 1000 or 10000 gil and keep the tikit cost the same 3.99$

This is a button pushing simulator designed to nickel and dime you to no end. There is no strategy involved in this game at all. Any of the spirit from classic Final Fantasy titles has been sucked out and an empty soulless husk is all that remains. If you want an actual throwback to the golden age of JRPGs then I implore you to give FF Dimensions a try. But please stay away from this affront to everything that Final Fantasy once stood for. Dont waste your time and money.

A good game that is rendered completely unplayable by crashing. iPhone 5S this app locks my phone up to the point I need to do a soft-reset. Happens every time it opens up from multitasking, and even sometimes just unlocking my phone. Get your poop in a group Square-Enix, this just reflects poorly on you. Fix you app. Sincerely, Mike
